Now
that you have the basics of telephone training and effective scripts
under your belt, this course highlights the importance of mining your
data base to keep in touch with past clients. The salesperson taking
the initiative and time to call will not need to wait for the 'up bus'!.
A sales person using effective words and phrases using the script
guidelines will be able to personally connect with the client for future
purchases.
This course includes two 15 minute blocks of one on one live role-play
