Lisa Kerr - President


Lisa cut her teeth in a Sprint Canada call centre. Starting from scratch, using an auto-dialer in a room of up to 200 reps, she cold called potential customers for this long distance carrier. Lisa made it through massive attrition to become a successful manager, running her own teams. From there the owner of London Honda brought Lisa aboard to create the very first automotive Business Development Centre in Canada. From picking out the furniture to hiring and training the reps she built the entire department from scratch. Running this very successful department led to other BDC opportunities, expanding her experience to managing and developing scripts, reps, and the entire department. Lisa decided to move outside of the individual dealerships and created Cardinal Rule Marketing to help dealerships create, launch, improve and train BDC staff. She found that in dealerships where the sales reps answer the phones, training was not readily available. With the help of her amazing team she took her entire training platform online. Cardinal Rule Academy now provides professional telephone training for front line Sales reps, BDC reps including Service reps, all online, in an entertaining and informative platform. Easy to use and easy on the balance sheet, Lisa's training is non-invasive and easy to follow. You and your reps can start closing more appointments from the very first lesson.

Dave Manages the day to day operations of Cardinal Rule Academy on top of editing and producing all of the content that Lisa envisions. Dave has a passion for marketing small business. There are many people with great visions and great ideas who simply lack the know-how to bring them to the public. Dave brings unique insights, having been involved in nearly 50 businesses throughout his career, including sales, marketing, management, consulting from the front line to the back office. Working with Lisa Kerr at Cardinal Rule Marketing Ltd has offered him the opportunity to help her develop an amazing program.

Stacy Broderick - CRM Certified Professional Trainer

Achieving an Honours Diploma in Business Management wasn’t enough. Stacy’s interest in communication led her to China, where she thrived as an English Teacher, researching and preparing lessons that would improve her students listening, oral and communication skills.  Stacy brings these remarkable training skills to your dealership, spear-heading our Dealership Front-Line Professional Telephone Training Program.

Tabby Leifso - CRM Certified Professional Trainer

Tabby's love of teaching began in 2001 as a Judo instructor. Since then, she's specialised in early years Judo and created kinder programs, women's self-defence programs, and recently developed an adaptive, transitional Judo class for children and adults on the autism spectrum- working to bring inclusivity to the sport! Currently, she is achieving her honours degree in Psychology at Brescia with a career goal of working as an Intensive Behavioural Interventionist.Tabby finds collaborating with Cardinal Rule Marketing as a CRM Certified Professional Trainer has been a welcome addition to her skills as an instructor.
